Grants for Homeowners, Landlords, and Tenants Available

There is money available for property improvements.

Various grant programs for property owners, whether homeowners or landlords, is available. The Historic Little Italy organization will provide information about the different programs local homeowners, landlords, and tenants can take advantage of in a presentation at the next meeting of the Little Italy Neighborhood Watch on February 3, 2009 meeting of the Little Italy Neighborhood Watch at St. Paul’s Center, 453 West 17th Street at 7pm.

Tenants are encouraged to attend in order to provide information to landlords as the tenants' income is used as a criteria for elikgibility in some of the grant programs.
